Returns & Exchanges
Don’t love your purchase? No problem! We will happily accept online and in-store return and exchange purchases in their original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Azur Fit reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. You have 30 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange on the product. We exchange items free of charge within Canada! However, unless you are processing an exchange, you will need to cover the cost of your return label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers located outside of Canada will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges. Items purchased in-store maybe be returned online and vice versa.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
All items marked down by 30% or more are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
*Holiday Return Policy* Orders placed after October 31st 2024 will have until January 10th 2025 to return or exchange. Please Note that we will not be processing in-store returns or exchanges during our Black Friday Sales events (Nov. 27th - Dec. 2nd) and Boxing Day (Dec. 26th) due to high volume in-store foot traffic. Please avoid these dates if you are looking to make a return/exchange in-store. Feel free to stop by on another day or process your return/exchange online.
